I had a fantastic stay at a hotel located right in the heart of Ximending area. the location was perfect, with night markets, eateries, and entertainment outlets just a stone's throw away. the room was clean and comfortable, with a nice bathroom. the staff were friendly and helpful, providing great service throughout my stay. Although the breakfast had limited options, there was enough to fill my stomach. the hotel also had a gym and satellite TV with a wide variety of channels.
The lighting in the room was a bit dim, giving it a slightly scruffy feel.

Noisy air condition especially at night. Unbearable dogs barking early in the morning 7 am. No room service. Had to pay full amount upon check in (the first I ever encounter).

Minutes walk to great Taiwan food and Xi Men shopping area. 5 mins walk to mrt station. Free wifi service in the room and free soft drinks, coffee, tea and crackers everyday in the room. Rooms is spacious and the staffs are very friendly and helpful especially on direction.
They seldom vacuum the floor and even the garbage also not thrown away. The room is too dark.

The attention to detail is impressive, especially in the modern and clean rooms. The staff is friendly and accommodating, always ready to help. Additionally, the hotel's location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Ximending and close to all the bustling shopping areas and busy streets.

Good Location which is so near Xi Men Ding. Triple Executive room is spacious.
Dislike the daily breakfast. Eating same food every day. Main course is only tang hoon everyday and the food is so cold. Should serve different variety of food on different days so that people staying there for 4 or 5 days will not be eating the same food for breakfast everyday.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. its location is unbeatable. Situated right at the center of the bustling Ximen area, it is surrounded by numerous shopping areas and is just a stone's throw away from the lively night market. Additionally, the hotel is very near to Ximen MRT station, making it incredibly convenient to explore the rest of the city. Secondly, the service provided by the staff was outstanding. They were friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist with any queries or recommendations. Lastly, the basic amenities in the room were excellent. The room was equipped with a balcony, which provided a lovely view of the city, and on the second level, there were three equipment available for use. Not to mention, the breakfast provided was delicious and had a good variety of options to choose from.
Everything was just right, nothing to complain about.

Service is excellent. Area located is very convenient, mrt is just 5mins walk.
Only issue is the check in timing too late. Room is not vacummed after room service. There is no mirror outside the room. The actual Room does not look as what I see online. Hotel should update the actual pic of the room.

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, always going out of their way to help me out. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, and the breakfast was delicious. the hotel offered free Wi-Fi and a computer in the lobby for guests to use.

The only thing we like about this hotel is the location which is right inside the Xi Men Ding shopping area. Otherwise, it's definitely not worth the room rate it charges.
We booked a Triple room. The room is very small for 3 persons. The hotel as a whole is very small. On some day, the room wasn't cleaned. There're many other home-stays in Taipei charging lower rate and more value for money if shopping convenience is not high on your list of priority. In summary, we will not go back again.

The hotel was in a central location, just a short walk away from plenty of restaurants and shops. the room was clean and comfortable, offering a good night's sleep after a long day out. the hotel provided a tasty breakfast each morning.
On the weekends, it was crowded and lively, which sometimes made it difficult to find a quiet spot. the hotel lacked some basic amenities such as a gym, which would have been great to use during the stay.

One of the hotel staff was extremely polite and helpful and assisted us in getting around the area.
I was displeased as they charged us NT$100 for a late check out due to additional 19mins.
